Shipping policy

We only ship within Canada 🇨🇦

Rural addresses may incur a shipping surcharge.

*Oversized items include court equipment such as net systems and cases of tennis balls. Please contact us at info@racketsandrunners.ca with the items you are interested in and your full shipping address for a quote.

General Shipping Schedule

• Orders are shipped out Tuesday to Friday only (we are closed on Mondays and our couriers do not operate on weekends).

• Orders placed before 11am PST on Tuesday-Friday will ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 11am Tuesday-Thursday will ship the next day, and orders placed on Friday after 11am, or Saturday-Monday will ship out the following Tuesday.

• Racket purchases with stringing require an extra 72 hours for processing.

• We use UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator for standard, expedited, and priority shipping.
  

Same-day Shipping

• Orders must be placed before 11am (Tuesday-Friday) to qualify for same-day delivery. Same-day deliveries placed outside this window will ship out and arrive on Tuesday.

• Racket purchases with stringing require an extra 72 hours for processing.

• Delivery window: 11am to 9pm

• Missed deliveries will be attempted again the following business day (excluding holidays). After two missed attempts, the package will be returned to Rackets & Runners and available for pick-up at our Oak Street, Vancouver store. Additional shipping charges may apply. 

• Please provide a valid phone number and detailed delivery instructions, especially for apartments, businesses, or hard-to-access buildings.

Shipping Restrictions

• Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, rural, and remote locations will ship via Canada Post only

• These orders may incur a shipping surcharge, which we will confirm after your order is placed.

Shipping Confirmation, Order Tracking and E-Receipt Email

Once an order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

• Click the tracking link to monitor your shipment. Please note that sometimes the link will not work until the package is picked up by the courier.

•  If your package is missing or stolen, contact us and we will do our best to help.

• Please note that Rackets & Runners is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered.
  

Redirecting an Order

Please ensure that all your shipping information is correct, as we are unable to reroute shipments or change the shipping address once the package leaves the store.
