Returns or exchanges for online purchases may be completed in-store or through our online portal.

Footwear

Shoes must be unworn (no wear on soles, interior, or uppers) and returned in the original box with all packaging.

Regular-Priced (0–14 days): Refund, store credit, and exchange available.
Regular-Priced (15–30 days): Store credit and exchange only.
Sale under 50% off (0–30 days): Exchange available; store credit as e-gift card only.
Sale 50% off or more: No refunds, store credit, or exchanges.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Rackets

Rackets must be unstrung, with the plastic wrap intact on the handle, to qualify for a refund.

0–14 days: full refund, store credit, or exchange
15–30 days: store credit or exchange

Sale (50% off or more)

Strung or Used
Store credit minus a 20% restocking fee, subject to manager approval (one-time only)*

Pickleball Paddles

Paddles must be unused with plastic wrap intact on the handle to qualify for a refund.

Warranties: Before purchasing, please review the manufacturer warranty info. Warranties cover manufacturer defects and abnormal breakage from normal use.

Clothing

Items must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn. All original tags must be attached. Underwear is final sale.

All Other Products

All other products, excluding footwear, rackets, paddles, and clothing, can be returned if unopened, in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and with the original tags.

Regular-Priced (15–30 days): Store credit and exchange only.
Sale under 50% off (0–30 days): Exchange available; store credit as e-gift card only.

Sale Items

  • Items discounted up to 50% are eligible for a size exchange or store credit (gift card).
  • Items discounted above 50% are final sale. No refunds, store credits, or exchanges.

Gift Cards

Rackets & Runners Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as store credit back onto a gift card.

Gift cards do not expire.

What's Not Eligble

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Gels, bars & fuel products
  • Water bottles
  • Underwear
  • Items received for free or as a gift with purchase
  • Original shipping fees
  • Gift cards
  • Items that are final sale

Can I return or exchange an online purchase in-store?

Yes! You can return or exchange your online order at our store at 3880 Oak St, Vancouver, BC.

Can I return or exchange an in-store purchase online?

Yes?

Does Rackets & Runners cover return shipping?

If you purchased your online order with Checkout+, then you will not pay any return shipping charges. However, if you did not purchase Checkout+ on your order, you are responsible for any return charges.

How long will my refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you a confirmation.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement

Store credit is emailed as a gift card to the address used on the original order — no expiry, valid in-store and online.

Do you offer price adjustments?

If a regularly priced, in-stock item is reduced in price within 14 days of the date you purchased it, you are entitled to a price adjustment. You will receive a store credit for the difference between the original purchase price and the sale price.

We do not offer price adjustments for special sales or other time-sensitive promotions.

To receive a price adjustment, you must come into the store with the receipt or in the case of online orders, email us at info@racketsandrunners.ca.

My item is damaged

If you believe your item is faulty, email us at info@racketsandrunners.ca within 7 days of purchase with photos of the fault and we'll take care of it.
