Replacement cards will not be issued without proof of purchase or if the card balance has been redeemed. Protect your card number like cash. Gift cards have no associated fees or expiration dates. Physical gift cards have no value until activated.

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Before 30 days, customers are eligible for an exchange (in-store only) or store credit (in-store and online). We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online. Sale items under 50% off are only eligible for store credit upon return. Please ensure that your item is eligible for return before purchasing if you are hesitant.
