• Orders are shipped out Tuesday-Friday only (we are closed on Mondays and our couriers do not operate on weekends).
  
• Orders placed before 11am PST on Tuesday-Friday will ship the same day.
  
• Orders placed after 11am Tuesday-Thursday will ship the next day, and orders placed on Friday after 11am, or Saturday-Monday will ship out the following Tuesday.
  
• Racket purchases with stringing require an extra 72 hours for processing.
  
• We use UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator for standard, expedited, and priority shipping.

Standard delivery times depend on delivery address but typically take between 2-8 business days across Canada.

Once an order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

• Click the tracking link to monitor your shipment. Please note that sometimes the link will not work until the package is picked up by the courier.
  
•  If your package is missing or stolen, contact us and we will do our best to help.
  
• Please note that Rackets & Runners is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered.

Orders placed after 11am on Fridays, over the weekend, and on Mondays do not ship out until Tuesday.

As the tracking numbers do not become active until they are scanned in by the courier, they may not be active until Tuesday evening.

Similarity, tracking numbers for orders placed in the evening Tuesday - Thursday may not becomeactive until the next evening. Tracking numbers for orders placed Tuesday-Friday before 11 am will become active later that evening.

Need it same-day? We ship anywhere in Greater Vancouver on request, at your cost.

If you purchased Checkout+, you're fully covered — no questions asked! If Checkout+ was not added to your order, we're still happy to help you file a claim with the courier.

Please keep in mind that if the courier's investigation finds they are not at fault, we unfortunately are not able to take responsibility for the shipment in that case.
