• Orders are shipped out Tuesday-Friday only (we are closed on Mondays and our couriers do not operate on weekends).
  
• Orders placed before 11am PST on Tuesday-Friday will ship the same day.
  
• Orders placed after 11am Tuesday-Thursday will ship the next day, and orders placed on Friday after 11am, or Saturday-Monday will ship out the following Tuesday.
  
• Racket purchases with stringing require an extra 72 hours for processing.
  
• We use UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator for standard, expedited, and priority shipping.

Standard delivery times depend on delivery address but typically take between 2-8 business days across Canada.

Once an order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

• Click the tracking link to monitor your shipment. Please note that sometimes the link will not work until the package is picked up by the courier.

Yes! We offer same-day delivery to the Greater Vancouver Area.

Orders must be placed before 11am (Tuesday-Friday) to qualify for same-day delivery. Same-day deliveries placed outside this window will ship out and arrive on Tuesday.

Missed deliveries will be attempted again the following business day (excluding holidays). After two missed attempts, the package will be returned to Rackets & Runners and available for pick-up at our Oak Street, Vancouver store. Additional shipping charges may apply.
