Gift cards can be redeemed at our Oak St store or online. To redeem online, enter the gift card code at checkout. Gift cards can not be combined with a promo code.

Physical gift cards can be picked up at the store, mailed to the sender or mailed to the receiver. Or we can save the card for the recipient's next visit to the store.

E-gift cards are emailed to the recipient specified, usually within a day. If you are worried that delivery may be prevented by the recipient’s spam filters, you could send them a hint about expecting a nice email from Rackets & Runners.

Rackets & Runners gift cards are redeemable for products or services purchased online at racketsandrunners.ca, by phone, or at our Oak St store. Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, unless required by law. Racketss & Runners is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Replacement cards will not be issued without proof of purchase or if the card balance has been redeemed. Protect your card number like cash. Gift cards have no associated fees or expiration dates. Physical gift cards have no value until activated.
