All rackets are eligible for return or within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days of purchase, customers are eligible for an exchange or in-store credit only. 

Eligible rackets can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund. Before 30 days, customers are eligible for an exchange (in-store only) or store credit (in-store and online). To be eligible for refund, the plastic wrap on the racket handle must not be removed and the racket cannot have been strung. Sale items under 50% off are only eligible for store credit upon return.
