Built as the perfect companion for hydration vests and packs, the Soft Flask with ExoSpine™ 18oz is a large-capacity soft flask designed to fit in front vest pockets or as an extra in back storage. The classic bite valve gives you control over flow so liquids go where you want them, not down your chest.

Fully compatible with all Nathan hydration vests, this is the go-to flask for marathon, trail, and ultra runners who need a reliable add-on.
