I purchased an online gift card thinking it would be in my email inbox at least by the next day because I did it this way as I needed to give a gift to someone within a day or two. I did phone the store two days later when I didn’t receive it, and I never did receive it. A week later I called the store and somehow it had gotten missed or miss labelled as a physical gift card. Not really sure. Anyhow, mistakes happen but this particular error interfered with my initial purpose of having a gift in hand within a day or two. This was especially important because I don’t live in Vancouver and wasn’t able to pick up a physical gift card. I appreciate because you are a small store. You don’t have an automatic system for dealing with online gift cards. Maybe a heads up to other people to check with the store if you don’t receive your online gift card within a day. Thank you.
