If you are already running 10k and want to improve your strength and speed for the Turkey Trot and beyond, join us for the Tuesday night Intensity Training and Saturday Endurance Training

  • Run Days:  Tue 6:15pm and Sat 8 am
  • Join us for Saturday morning Endurance Training for your long-run support
  • Program options of 1-2 coached runs per week. Clinic includes detailed training program.
  • Coach Lara to instruct on training principles, running form, injury prevention, and nutrition

All groups include positive support and coaching to keep you motivated from Coach Lara and Run Leaders.
