Feels like my Volqire Mach 2 Forza. I weigh the edges and handle and use a hexacore grip. Large sweet spot. Easy to control, and when I put the ball away, it sounds like a gunshot. I personally like Paddles with lots of power, less pop, and very forgiving... And am willing to sacrifice a tiny bit of reach compared to an elongated... The handle length mitigates this to a great extent.

All Court indeed!

I have always played with elongated or hybrid shapes. I am about 15+ paddles in on my quest for the perfect paddle, and decided to give a widebody a try. This one right now is at the top of my list for favourite paddles.

I was very hesitant with the shorter shape, but the forgiveness and hand speed at the net make up for it. This has enough "plushness" for me without sacrificing the aggressiveness that the paddle can deliver.

Power from the baseline is optimal, resets in the transition and NVZ are controllable, and the put away power along with a flick are perfect for someone with great technique. The biggest thing I noticed is that the sweet spot is massive and I have not hit a single "dead ball" on this paddle. This is a paddle that will not blow your competitors off the court with technology, but can be used to really dial in your game with consistency and the option to be aggressive when you're angry.

My only con is for greater length to go with all the pros, but after a few games it really makes you concentrate on better footwork to get into proper hitting position. So I guess it's a good thing. Enjoy!
