R&R Run Club: Summer/Fall '25 Clinic

Join the Tuesday night intensity training to build speed, strength and technique.

Or join Saturday mornings to build your endurance with a steady, easy-paced long run.

Most runners choose both days to get the most out of the clinic.

Meet Tuesday at 6:15pm & Sat 8:15am at Rackets & Runners (program options of 1-2 coached runs per week).

Both Tuesdays and Saturdays are tailored for all levels from walkers, walk/run, run/walk, and a wide variety of running capabilities/speeds with pace groups and experienced leaders.

First trial session is free, just drop-in. Ongoing drop-in rate is $10 per day.
Prorated fee available.
