The health and wellness of our community is of paramount importance. At Rackets & Runners, we are actively assessing and making operating decisions based on real-time information and guidance from government and health authorities.
Rackets & Runners remains open for business with the following adjustments to standard operations:
New Hours of Operation
Monday through Saturday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Sunday: 11:00 to 5:00 pm.
Cleaning & Sanitizing
We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures involving the ongoing disinfection of common surfaces, including: fitting benches, payment keypads, door handles, and countertops. Team members undertake frequent hand-washing.
Social Distancing and Masks
Masks are required for shopping at the store. For all customer interactions, staff are practicing social distance of 2 meters/6 feet. We limit the amount of customers in the store. For shoe fits, customers are expected to tie their own shoes during the fitting process. Management exceptions are being made to assist customers who are physically unable to tie their shoes.
Demo Rackets & Paddles
The ability to try before you buy with rackets and paddles is available with safety enhancements. Check out more details about our Demo Program.
Cash Payments
We continue to accept cash payments.
Store Events/Run Club
In-store events are postponed. Run Club and Clinics are interrupted. For more details, refer to: https://racketsandrunners.ca/pages/run-club
