If you are new to running or have not run recently, and a 10K distance is your goal, this is the group for you.

  • Run Days: Tues 6:15pm and Sat 8am
  • Program options of 2 coached runs per week
  • Clinic includes a detailed training program
  • Coach Lara to give instruction on training principles, running form, injury prevention, and nutrition
