- Half Marathon - Must be comfortable running 45-min non-stop
- Marathon - Must be comfortable running 90-min non-stop

Coach Lara Penno
Coach Lara Penno
Lara has over 25 years experience as a personal trainer, run, cycling and triathlon coach. She has guided athletes to qualify and compete in premier events including the Boston, Berlin, New York City and London Marathons, Hawaii Ironman and Ironman Canada. She is a caring coach who brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding from her personal experience as an athlete and loves to share this enthusiasm.
