For runners looking to build speed, strength and technique. This intensity training will include run drills, tempo, hills, and intervals. Sign-up for Tuesdays only, or add additional Saturday endurance training.

Coach Lara Penno
Lara has over 25 years experience as a personal trainer, run, cycling and triathlon coach. She has guided athletes to qualify and compete in premier events including the Boston, Berlin, New York City and London Marathons, Hawaii Ironman and Ironman Canada. She is a caring coach who brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding from her personal experience as an athlete and loves to share this enthusiasm.
